Polish ambassadors : workshops - June 16 2026

The final meeting was dedicated to Jewish life in Oświęcim. Participants visited the Jewish Museum Oshpitzin, where they took part in the workshop “What was Oshpitzin?”. 

The workshop used the power of objects to help explore Jewish life in Oświęcim before, during, and after the Holocaust. Through the study of artifacts, documents, and material evidence, participants developed a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the town’s Jewish history. The programme also included a visit to the Jewish Cemetery in Oświęcim.

At the end of the day, participants engaged in a final reflection on the NESHAMA project, discussing their learning experiences and the insights gained throughout the programme.
