Online meeting with Stuart Lesorgen – May 20 2026

William Lesorgen was also brought from Auschwitz to Langenstein-Zwieberge and arrived at the camp on 18 February 1945 with two brothers. 

William and Ignacy had been saved by the doctors of the 20th field hospital. William later emigrated to the United States. Stuart had already met with Noel March, and the intention had been to share their story together at Langenstein in April. 

But Stuart could not come. The students therefore organised an online meeting completely on their own and had a lively talk.
